Bump uuid and @types/uuid

Bumps [uuid](https://github.com/uuidjs/uuid) and [@types/uuid](https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/tree/HEAD/types/uuid). These dependencies needed to be updated together.
