Leo Yuriev fa0751771e lmdb: properly link with librt.so compatibility. 
Add '--no-as-needed' to LDFLAGS before -lrt.

Otherwise ld may drop dependency to librt.so,
and DSO could't be loaded when glibc < 2.17.
