Drop bindgen layout tests

The auto-generated bindgen layout tests are architecture dependent and
cause breakage on 32-bit platforms at least.

Note that this does not yet remove the layout tests from
bindgen-bindings/bindgen_*.rs -- i'm not sure how those are generated.
