- Never use modern `__cxa_thread_atexit()` on Apple's OSes.
- Use `MultiByteToWideChar(CP_THREAD_ACP)` instead of `mbstowcs()`.
- Don't check owner for finished transactions.
- Fixed typo in `MDBX_EINVAL` which breaks MingGW builds with CLANG.
